I would never buy from these people again. Went to pick up a 2003 eager Beaver 20 xpt trailer that I specifically asked if it would pass inspection in its current state and they said yes. I come to find out only the front axle brakes work the one brake Chambers blown out to the brakes on that side barely release and the only new brake chamber that they put on wasn't adjusted right so that break doesn't work for service brakes or the emergency brake. Unless you're buying one of their brand new trailers I'd stay away

We were in need of a flatbed trailer and contacted Brian Steinman at Rustler Sales & Service. Despite giving very short notice and needing the flatbed to be delivered on a weekend, Brian was very generous and scheduled the flatbed to be delivered at the time and place needed. The driver was very prompt and called beforehand to verify the time and location. The location had very difficult access but the driver made it work with great skill and a good attitude. While travelling from NJ to Michigan (with a three week old baby in the car), we hit a tire on Route 80 and smashed my Radiator, AC compressor and some more. Brian and team came through in a spectacular way. From the very fair pricing, to the ride to the Local Enterprise, then picking me up when Enterprise didn't have a car for me- even though I made a reservation- then giving me a Loaner car for a week(!) so I wouldn't need to wait around, all with a cheerfully and positive attitude.They were there for me in a vulnerable time, and I am gratefull for their assistance!

Rustler Sales & Service gave us expedited service for a overdue PA State Inspection and didn't take advantage of the situation as some shops would have done. They got us in and out quickly and prices were very fair. Definitely recommend them to any one in or traveling through the area.

The people here could not be kinder and more helpful! I recently had a flat tire and they were so sweet to talk to on the phone and to send help. The man who came to help didn't make me feel silly or weird and we all just kind of laughed about it. We ended up needing tires and they were very affordable. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to take care of us. We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.
