I was disappointed. Not sure why there posting up a Ford hub cap.. I asked the dude if they sold them he said no.. I said why is it up for sale. He said it's not it came off a someone's car. I was trying to buy it. He didn't care. I would of gave it to my customer. I have done it plenty of times.I was shocked. All the hubcaps that I have given to people the 1 time I need 1 I would buy it he says no like he was happy to tell me. Might be me. But it didn't feel good. Life goes on.

Nice customer service. They did not have the part I needed in stock so they offered to call other stores to find it for me. Went up to the other location and they installed it. It was greatly appreciated and the price was cheaper than other places I had checked.

Prices good customer service is nonexistent. Im going to add something: I just noticed that the owner of Salvo personally apologized to a Jeff Windsor because this man had to wait 15 min for an employee to figure out how to charge his credit card. Now look real hard and see if you can find an apology for the mam who missed his sister's wedding rehearsal. This is what I'm talking about when I say that customer service is nonexistent. Goofballs all of them with the biggest Goof all the way at the top.

They promised my mechanic 1 part by 11:30am. After 3 more phone calls, the best information they could give was that the driver was 15 mins away at 1pm. More than 90 minutes late and still no guarantee! I will now miss my sister's rehearsal for her wedding because Salvo can't keep a schedule or deliveries. Had they been honest in their schedule, I could have arranged another way to get there. My sister is in tears...thanks for your incompetence Salvo.

This is my number one favorite auto parts store in the area. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. And they usually have what I need relatively speaking. My only complaint is the parking here is terrible
