Hassle free and fast service! These guys emptied a bunch of old furniture and miscellaneous scrap construction materials from a rental property. A large old tube tv, very old fridge, some mattress sets, and a couple couches were some of the big items. They were done in under an hour and were polite. Great experience

I called them on April 23rd and today, April 27th, the job is done! In about 15-20 minutes they removed an old universal weight machine from the basement, an old office chair from an upstairs bedroom, and 2 entertainment centers, a file cabinet, and so much more junk that took up half the garage. They were also kind enough to move a new office chair upstairs for me. The price was reasonable, the workers professional, and the whole experience was outstanding. What a load off my mind! Highly recommend!! Had a complete tear out of fence and shed and couldn’t be happier. Complete satisfaction from start to finish...next day appointment, prompt arrival, no shady price negotiations, received a straightforward and very reasonable price. Our on site crew - Greg, Kyle, and Pete - were amazing! Kept us informed the whole time, only pausing for a quick lunch. Watching them carry countless loads of debris from the back yard to the front, there is no doubt hiring them was worth every penny and extremely efficient - what would have taken us DAYS took them only a couple of HOURS! Would definitely hire them again!

Big Al was very responsive, returning my message about a quote request at 10:30 pm! His guys showed up on time (Big Al even emailed an update on arrival time within the scheduled 1 hour window) and both were very pleasant and greeted me with a handshake. Would definitely do business with them again.

Pete, Kyle and Greg were awesome! On time, on budget and tough job on a city lot in Cleveland. Did a three day job in one because they worked hard! Use these guys! Better than the fly by night guys I've used in Cleveland that don't show or try and change prices once they are done. A plus!

Emailed right back on a weekend. Adjusted to my schedule. Arrived early and went right to work - I wasn’t even home. Called and took my credit card number and the junk was gone. Could not have been easier. Price was very reasonable. I will call them again!
