Called San Augustine Ford after yet another horrible service experience at Lufkin Ford. Spoke to Jonathan, service department on Wednesday and explained what I wanted done. He ordered my parts and said they would be in the next day. On Thursday I got another call from Jonathan just to let me know the parts had arrived and everything is ready for my appointment on Friday. I arrived just before one and my truck was taken straight back for service. The crew their handled the work and I was on my way home shortly after. Found my new Ford service center from now on. Customer service is excellent at San Augustine Ford. Worth the drive over from Lufkin and there are several little shops and places to eat right there on the square.

Excellent customer service. They always go the extra mile. I bought my first truck there and I will buy my last truck there.
