Contact was made by Ty to confirm the arrival and keep me up to date. Now about the job itself that also was great from start to finish. All of the crew were respectable and worked with quickness and efficiency.The Price. they have a very unique system. the truck is broken into 4 quadrents and you only pay for the space you use.They also price according to what you are moving.Great company.

I hired the The Scrap-It team to clear out my family's apartment. The Scrap-It team was professional, courteous and friendly, and took great care of me and my stuff. The team struck the right balance between speed in getting the trash cleared out, and due diligence in identifying items that could be recycled. That was a big concern for me to make sure that as much could be kept out of a landfill as possible. And in the process they even found some of my family's personal effects that are completely irreplaceable and of high sentimental value. That alone was more than worth the cost, not to mention the incredible job they did. Also very important to me was that this is a black owned and woman owned business. Of course none of that matters unless they do an awesome job, but they came in highly rated and did not disappoint. In fact they went above and beyond to make me feel heard and taken care of throughout the entire process. I can't recommend Scrap-It enough for any junk removal job of any size.

Scheduled a same day pickup for the mattress. Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind, helpful, and competent. They called me throughout the day to update me about when the pick up would take place.
