Terrible customer service. I called to scrap my car and they told me they would come get it the next day without getting any further information. When I tried to give them the information of where I was located and the problems with car he reapetedly told me it was fine and call him in the morning. I called him in the morning and he said he would call me back in an hour with the time to get the car and never called me back. When i called back he refused to get the car and said it was to far. I tried discussing it with a manager who refused to listen, then was passed to the driver who didn't know anything about the situation and also refused to listen and then hung up on me. I was counting on the money I was told I would recieve today and wish I had contacted a more reliable and legitimate company. Extremely disappointed.
