Very difficult to get anyone to answer phone at any location. When you ARE able to leave a message no one calls you back. We have one of their dumpsters at our business. I have had to call several times about our dumpster not getting emptied. As of yesterday it has been two weeks since they have emptied our dumpster. I haven't normally been able to get through to anyone on Fridays but I did try to call today. One location said the answering system was not 'on' after is rang forever. The Camilla location rang for a long time and said 'please enter your remote access code'. None of the times that they missed me did they offer to come dump my dumpster before my next regular day. Poor customer service. Monday morning I will be shopping for a new Company to service my account.

They do not answer the phone unless call 20-30 times back to back. The voicemail is full. When I did Finally get someone on the phone and let them know we were ready for pick up and that their voicemail was full. She acted like she could care less and was aware the voicemail was full. Never offered an apology or had a sense of urgency.Service: Junk removal

Flintrivertrace Landing

Just a few minutes ago the big dumpster hauling garbage truck came up my private drive, a two track dirt road I use as an alternate to getting on Highway 37 directly from the driveway. Upon where I grow large Yuccas and Blue Agaves. This massive truck knocked over one of my 10 foot tall Yuccas, as it came up the small driveway, but by the time I got out there to see what they hit, the truck was going over the bridge to Newton. I normally see the regular garbage truck pull to the shoulder of the Highway! This won't look good when it comes time to renew your service!

Can never get anyone to answer phone in camilla or any other location. Guess when someone answers phone I'll pay my bill
