Loved my experience with these fine folks! I had read others reviews, before my actual interactions ,and I was expecting to see the same treatment that others had. NOPE! These folks are genuine ,down home, make me feel welcome, kind of folks. It was refreshing to see kindness and caring with the folks there! Linda (the owner) is a gem! It's like that quiet, southern charm that creeps up on you .Enjoyed the office banter and the little dogs interactions. Linda and her employees made the whole situation more enjoyable and less stressful. Wonderful experience. Absolutely almost gave me the shirt off their backs, in kindness!

My experience with Shelton Wrecker couldn't have been better, given the circumstances that our jeep was brought there after a wreck. The guys were very nice & super helpful.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Period. Only reason I gave it 1 star is because 0 stars wasn't an option. We were given false information about the bill and tried to explain what we were told BY THEIR OFFICE LADY, we were met with sarcasm and belittlement. We were hassled and my husband was harrassed by whom I assume is the owner. He was in my husband's face yelling at him to the point where I had to literally put myself between him and my husband. Thumbs up to my husband for keeping his cool and keeping his mouth shut though. There didn't need to be anymore drama than what Mr. Shelton had already started. And in the midst of HIM heckling and harrassing US, he had the nerve to try and call the police! My husband simply wanted to know who all had been in his truck (which at first Mr. Shelton lied and said nobody had been in there, but later said yes in fact his grandson had been in there) and he wanted his debit card so we COULD pay the fees and take it home. Then they lost the key. It took them about 30 minutes to find it. I'm so glad they did because I never wanna have to step a foot back in that hell hole ever again. It's been a long day; and I don't normally post reviews but I felt I needed to warn everyone about this place. It was a nightmare. I actually cried at one point during Mr. Shelton's insane rant. Sheesh. End of story.

LOL I just got off the phone with them trying to describe my transmission problem on my 07 Pacifica and was told point blank we don’t do that and then hung up. No description, no explanation, no anything. Just here it is.If there were an option for 0 I would have picked that.

They just hangup on you. They are rude and dont give a damn about anything you have to say. I would recommend never using them. The only reason I had to use their business is because the police chose them to tow my car. Terrible customer service and terrible manners.
