You won't find better service ! I was in a real jam. I also am in the service field. I Depend on my service truck, not just for transportation. Others were scheduled around me. Had to travel 400 miles. I was sweating bullets. These guys not only squeezed me in, but did the install, which was not planned originally. Thumbs up especially to Justin the mechanic. This place is "Stand Up^ !!!

Incredibly disappointing. I have been there a few times, the first time the only thing said is “I won’t help you for a few weeks, too busy” my question was if there was an adapter U-joint for my drive shaft. Ended up needing two driveshafts built a few months later, could only bring in the front to get shortened so they could measure the rear one and build it. Took them a week to shorten the front drive shaft, $275, only a day past when they said they’d do it, I can live with that, they did a decent job. Now..... I drive my truck in front wheel drive to them to get the rear drive shaft measured so they could build one up and so I wouldn’t make mistakes. Measured it on a Friday and said it would be done the following Friday. So, go in Friday and ask if it was finished, said it wasn’t, but it would be done first thing Monday. No worries, I’ll get it Monday! Call them Monday, “sorry, we’ll have it done Tuesday”, well, I’ll call Tuesday and see. Once again, “we didn’t do it today, definitely Wednesday though.” So I call on Thursday, maybe they’ll have it done. Nope, according to the guy on the phone he has the parts “in his hands” and is putting it together “right now” pick it up Friday. So I walk in Friday, still going to give them a chance, I ask if my rear driveshaft is ready and his reply was “let me get the parts together and I’ll have one of the guys build it today, pick it up tonight.” I get a call, $490 to build the rear, ok, whatever, sucks that they were a week late, but at least they measured it all correct and it’s now in my hands right? Wrong. The driveshaft DOESN’T FIT. Wrong U-joints and too long. I will never go back, I will never recommend, they will be hearing from me when they open Monday, and I fully expect something to be done. A full week long delay and the wrong parts is completely unacceptable, especially when you are told multiple times it will be “done tomorrow”. I’ve never written a review before, but after dealing with this branch of six states I very much felt the need to and hope that this was just a one off occasion and that they don’t do this to more people.

Got my boyfriend in exactly when he needed it, fixed the winch quickly, and did a great job with it

Came in to get a driveshaft measured. Was told it needed to be replaced by another facility. In 10 degree weather the guy is at Six States crawled underneath my truck to check it out. When they couldn't see anything wrong they clear the way for me to get into one of their heated Bays. The Crawling underneath removed the front drive shaft check everything out and determined there was nothing wrong with the driveshaft. They put everything back together like new and set me on my way without charging me a penny. They also found out where my leak was coming from turns out my steering gear box was bad. He's got to save me $500 when they could have just as easily told me I needed a new driveshaft. Thank you for good reputable service. I will definitely use Six States in the future
