I was told what service I would receive, and what costs I would incur, by Southside Auto's driver. It's not what I got. Call it what you want: Bait-and-switch, lies, or dishonesty. They'd all be accurate. I would not recommend this place for towing services.

These guys are great! I got a flat tire this morning and they got me on the road quickly, and no ridiculous upcharges for stopping in without an appointment. I've had good experiences with them before, but this sealed their 5 star ratings hands down!

Will tow vehicles at property owners expense when signs are posted otherwise at vehicles owners expense. Clearly don’t want business and won’t get mine. Instead they hang up the phone. I’d recommend R&D Towing out of Milltown.

The gentleman who towed my truck was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely hard-working. He showed a lot of passion for his craft which is always a blessing to come across and witness in any profession as it presents a unique opportunity to see or hear of a person going above and beyond many of their counterparts.

Thank you so very much for pulling over on the Hwy 8 exit last Sunday night to change our tire for us. Our car had a blow out and you were two cars back and pulled over immediately after going by us, backed up and assisted us. Said "Happy Mother's Day" to me and got in your cab and drove off. You could have just kept driving, as I am sure after towing cars to the twin cities three times that day, you felt like you just wanted to get back home. Your act of kindness will be forever remembered~~ :-)

My mom got her truck and trailer towed, chuck admitted he broke our trailer cupler off with his truck. When she told him he had to replace it he started yelling at her saying it's not his fault. Sorry buddy but you broke my trailer all on your own! Extremely rude and lazy over the phone. Triple Aaa should remove this man off the service list. Negative stars

Nature of complaint: An improper or inferior repairProblem description:i got 6 new tiers and brought them with my truck to south side auto to have them put on my truck they recked five of my tiers by cutting the beads i drove the truck away and the tiers fell of the rims i called them stranded they refused to pay for the damage to my tiers. tiers plus confirmed south side auto indeed wrecked my tears by improper us of the tier machine they owe me 866.94 plus 35.00 fore tiers plus to confirm what they did and 100.00 to have tires taken off my other truck so i could get it off the road and to tiers plus.
