Received part in good condition, worth the price, and would have preferred a one year warranty but can't expect too much on a used engine like this. Will refer to my friends. On the whole it was a good service. Thanks - Megs : )

On Nov 26, 2021 I ordered a $295.99 used Mazda driveshaft from this company that was never delivered. I have had 17 emails and countless phone calls to the company about this problem with lots of sorrys and offer to refund but the refund (my choice they said, paypal or CC reimbursement)  never comes.  I warned them that I would be contacting the CC company and doing a social media blitz but as of today, 1/5/2022, I have no refund.Appears to be a virtual company engaged in fraud. I am fulfilling my promise.

This is a fraud business they scammed me off $2000. The guy claimed his name is Joe but his name is actually Sanjay Kumar. Once the payment was been made they claim to ship the item but after that never picks up the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

The absolute worst company to deal with. My husband ordered a part November 24. Assured part would be received on 3 days. Alistar changes his story every time you speak with them. Have the part number and description. They send us a picture of the item totally wrong part. Alistar assures is he will get the right part. Leaves me a voicemail on 12/16 that he personally removed the part from a car and it’s been shipped out. We call to get tracking number can’t get it yet will give it to us in a 2 days. Well part arrives today and it’s the wrong part. Never again and now can’t issue a refund till shipping department comes back Thursday. Nothing but excuses! Stay clear of this company. Nothing but a scam!

Worst, quoted 55k mile engine with same day shipping, week later no engine. Then told its being shipped 75k miles from Pennsylvania. Took 3 days to get tracking info. Got shipped 97k mile engine and wrong year. Now no refund.Alistair lies every time you speak to him. Shady outfitAnd has multiple names for the company.

Spark Auto Salvage has been very trustworthy and transparent A1 grade OEM after the market auto parts supplier. They are very transparent and quick in their actions. It's one of the best company can be trusted for your auto parts needs.
