It was easy to book an appointment, the rep that contacted me was very responsive and attentive (because I booked my appointment the 1 day we decide to get a snow storm), they were very flexible with rescheduling my appointment because of the snow storm, and the three gentlemen that came to perform the service were punctual, professional, and speedy. Spartan Junk Removal exceeded my expectation. They light the way for Junk removal in the DMV! I had 1/6 of a truck load; an old grill, old plumbing, Oven roaster, Broken Air conditioner, blender, and a office desk. Spartan called ahead to ask if they could arrive ahead of my scheduled time, arrived promptly, assessed the load appropriately, removed the debris quickly and charged a fair price. All while being polite and honest. The two gentlemen who came were extremely polite. They never complained about the 4 flights of stairs they had to make a few trips up and down. They did the job perfectly even with a cat trying to climb up one and a 6 year old pretending to be a ninja bouncing around them the whole time.
