Had a flat in the middle of the Shawnee forest in Illinois. My insurance dispatched this company out for a tow. Everything went smoothly and they were able to locate me. I mean we were in BFE stranded 2.5 hours from home . Derek came at the time he said he'd come and he loaded my little jeepster without any issues and dropped her at the location requested. He was quick, super nice, and definitely saved my night.

I locked my keys in my car and Sperlings arrived sooner than they estimated. The nice gentleman had my doors open with the first try and I told him I was so happy I didn't need to call my husband!

Tried to do business with these folks, but they had an attitude the entire time. I eventually told the driver that I will get wrecker services elsewhere. The only positive is that they quoted me a price slightly lower than their competitor.

Had them tow my truck to my lake lot and the dude ignored my comments to put it on the gravel lot and was clearly emotionally upset saying this isn't for him and he's going to quit and so on in the middle of all this he set the truck half way in my pound and just took off ... Have pictures and videos spellings was contacted and the guy was completely rude and had no idea what Todo as well definitely contracting a lawyer

Stole jack and chain hoist out of bed of my truck when they hauled it to their yard. Then wanted to slow poke around the next day when I went to get it outta impound.

Excellent service under stress filled circumstances .. very professional and sympathetic to the situation. Very accommodating to allow Saturday appointment to remove personal property & take pictures of my totalled out vehicle.
