Everytime I go to recycle metal, they get me in and out fast and with no hassle! Ever! Especially when Sadie (the GM at SPO) comes in to help at the scales. She is super friendly and knows exactly what is going on! You won't catch her not smiling, not being friendly or not having things in order! Love going here with no sweat! Those guys in the back help you unload every single last piece that you bring in as well. I respect everyone there!

Horrible place to do business. Low pay outs. Guy doing the unloading yelled at us for having the wrong type of metal in the wrong spot like we are supposed to know. Lady at the counter directed us where to go with items I had, and then get yelled at because we were in wrong area. Very unpleasant experience and will never go back to this facility. They deserve a zero star review honestly. Get ready to be "pounded" without lube. Go TRG metal.

Have been here 10+ times. Sure beats having to pay to get rid of junk metal.

We have a 16 foot trailer with 6 foot side boards I gave the money for the scrap aluminum to the guys at work they take it in and get about $400 I thought it would be easier just to have a dumpster set And you could get three or four loads in there they set a dumpster The payout was about $ 80 or $90 I don’t bash companies but think about it before you go

Did business with Total Recycling, always top notch. Was able to do business in helping them purchase a new truck for their facility. Great to work with and do business with. MHC INC and myself appreciate the professionalism and friendly business practices.. Hope to do business again.

I’m not sure why there’s not a zero star rating available. These people would certainly deserve that from my experiences. Lowest prices for your metals anywhere in The area. They have multiple locations so be sure you confirm that you’re not doing business with these people before you drive to one of their locations. TRG is my favorite recycling center and have always seemed to be fair with their scales and prices. I believe TRG is still the top paying recycling center in the area. Still trying to figure out how to leave a zero star review for these other guys

Absolute worst recycling business I have ever dealt with. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I would recommend all businesses and corporate accounts steer clear of this business!! After sending us a proposal that we accepted, we sent them a load at which point they not only failed to pay us for after 8 months, Total Recycling dodged calls, emails, and when they finally did answer, they tried to charge us for services they had agreed to do at no charge! I don't know how they operate a business like this, but we refuse to ever use them, or anyone associated with them in the future.

USA Metal Recycling picked up a vehicle from my property on November 22, 2016. I was informed that they would take the vehicle to their facility, strip it down, weigh it and cut a check for the scrap metal within a few days. As this was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, I gave the business the benefit of the doubt and did not expect any business until after the Thanksgiving weekend.I contacted the business two weeks after the vehicle had been removed from my property. I was told that the check had been sent on the preceding Friday, December 2, 2016 and that if I had not received it by the end of the week to contact them.I called again on Monday, December 12. I was told that the checks were being mailed that afternoon. On Wednesday (12/14), I called and spoke with Greg in the dispatch and asked if the checks had been sent, what was the delay and could they have someone from accounting call me. I got no call.On Friday, 12/16 I called again and spoke with the accounting department. I was told that they had a turnover of personnel in the accounting department and that the processing had been slowed. I was assured the checks were being processed that afternoon and that they would be mailed that day.On 12/20 I called accounting again. They told me that they still had not processed the payments because they had changed banks and theyt didn't have checks from their new bank account but expected them that day, but could make no assurances. They said they would call me back to let me know when to expect the checks to be sent.It is now over 5 weeks since the vehicle was picked up. As of today, I have had no contact from this business regarding our transaction. No return phone calls and no indication of when they would pay me the money that the owe to us.As they have made no attempt to let me know what is happening with payment, I feel that customers are surely not high on their priorities.I would not recommend doing business with USA Metal Recycling.
