These guys were awesome! I was stuck in a ditch, in the snow, on an icy secluded road and they extracted me in no time. They were smart, polite, professional, and good humored. They are the best.

The one gentleman I met was really a nice man and help me out but when he quoted prices, I thought it was a little pricey considering I could buy brand new for just a few dollars more and we're talking used items you have to pull out yourself from a damaged vehicle. I haven't had full service nor have I purchased anything yet, so it's not fair to give them five stars yet. We'll see on my next visit.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman, Peggy, was unbelievably difficult to work with and rude. The company did a great job with the tow and the man who helped us retrieve our vehicle was very nice. However, I would steer clear of this company specifically because of the receptionist.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. We got our 40 foot Class A RV stuck in the mud after a week of dry camping in the rain. They came and winched us out like it was nothing. Without them we would still be stuck there waiting on the ground to dry out. Excellent service!!

Used Springerville Auto Wrecking for a tow. We were stuck on the boat ramp at Nelson Reservoir. We were the last ones off the lake, it was dark, and our SUV wouldn't start after we loaded the kayaks on the trailer. Keegan was AWESOME!!!!! He was there fast, professional, was very friendly, and tried several things to try to get the car started before he towed it on his truck and the trailer behind. Allowed us to stay in the car during the tow as we had no other way to get into town. (Which was appreciated as no Ubers in that area.) I can't say enough about how great Keegan was and would definitely recommend these guys for towing!

These guys know their stuff and have some really off-the-wall cars and parts that you just wouldn't find anywhere else in the US without dropping a mint. They've usually a waiting list if you want them to do the work, but you'll have a hard time finding their quality work for any less elsewhere. They've certainly been great to me and my family and have gone out of their way to help us out more times than I can count.

Charged $115 for reprogramming the system and some fuses. Claimed to check my battery and I didn't realize it was faulty until I was in the middle of Colorado at midnight. Overall nice people but I would not return again.
