Kennedy was very nice and professional, he contacted me through my service to inform me he was on his way and go me home safe. The father helped with the service too. I was truly lucky 🍀 to have them service me and assist me with my needs. I recommend them to the fullest for towing services.

Would not recommend. They accept cash only and don't give receipts. The tow was $250. We needed to ask him a few times for a receipt, which he was reluctant about. He said he didn't have paper, so my husband had to get a scrap paper out of his car and have him write that we paid him... Very shady... Look at the street view of this place before you go here...

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Last wk I needed to have my car towed to the closest possible garage. Sadowki's was the closest place. This happened just after midnight on Sat., so I was unable to get my car out that same day b/c they're closed on Sunday's. They towed my car less than 2mi & stored it for a day & a half (even though one of those days they were closed). When I called them 1st thing Mon. morning, they wanted $350!!! I had a similar experience back in 2012. Battery died, had car towed 3mi at best, stored for 1 day, & all they wanted was $175, & THAT WAS IN PGH!! & to cap my experience w/Sadowski's off, I get there & when I hand him my card I'm told they're CASH ONLY!!! They should've told me that over the phone before I made the trip!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Their entire lot is totally trashed, there's nowhere safe to park. You'd think charging people $350 to have their car towed they'd have at least a halfway decent facility. What they're doing is highway ROBBERY!!!

They were specifically instructed to not release my key to my ex boyfriend If he beat me to the tow yard BY THE POLICE and they gave it to him anyways. So now the ex is keeping the car from me and there’s no way for me to get it back now and I have no transportation for my children until I either get it back or get a new car. They screwed me so bad it’s not even funny. I wish I could give a zero.

Extremely rude, only accepts cash, would never recommend going to him for help. Awful disgusting guy. There's many great people around, don't waste your time with this one. (There is a reason why he only takes cash)

Really disappointed in this service. He picked up my truck and somehow got grease all over handles and side of truck. Also only took cash and had to ask him 3 times for a receipt he didn't want to write. Would never use or recommend or use his service
