Brok the glass out of some metal frames. Staff didn't mention that it is not considered clean and paid a lower value. If he would have said something before I pulled them out of my truck, I would have taken them home to clean. Beware of lack of communication

They are ok bring stuff to the small scale you can't see the lbs you bring in one day I know what I had in lbs and was cheated 10 lbs

Everyone I came into contact here was pleasant and helpful. I came with my eleven month old and went to the wrong place twice and everyone was so helpful. They are honest and fair with payout too!! Definitely will be going back.
