Called for a starter they said yes we have those come on down and get it. So I take the hour drive it takes to get there, when I do they then tell me I need the starter from my car for them to match it up. Okay. So take the hour drive home get the starter. By this time they’re closed so the next day comes. Take the drive there get there and it’s another guy working who know tells me I have to go find it and pull I told him the gentleman yesterday looked in the back for one they just weren’t labeled so needed ours. My husband has to go to the back with a flashlight because there’s no electric back there, no luck, search the entire salvage no luck. So 4 hours of driving and 2 days of work we walk out completely empty handed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I bought hood hinges and a window for my truck, and had to pull my own parts when i went to the office he told me cost was $65 for the window and $65 for the hinges I gave the old man my money which was $140 and when I asked him for my change he just said "I'll call it even." I wil not be back

Worst experience I ever had dealing with a salvage yard. Paid for an engine, drove 2hrs to pick it up, just to find out they don't even have it after assuring me several times that they have it out already. Buy anything from them at your own risk.

Very poor customer service they lied to us said they had the part we needed then when we got there we waited around for an hour and they still didn't have a clue what they where looking for

Although I may not care for the staff I do enjoy enjoy shopping here an conversation with the owner.

Called to see if they had a part. Said they did and told to pull the part would be on my way. Got there to find not only was part not pulled, but would be nobody to pull parts the following day. Worse salvage yard I've ever seen.

Worst business I have ever dealt with. They sold me a motor and it took two weeks to arrive and it was a bad motor. They said they would send me another and keep putting me off. This went on for over two months. Filed a Civil suite against them and they didn't show up to court.

Seemed a little unorganized as I pulled up but they quickly pointed me in the direction of the car I needed and had me in and out in a jiffy. Worth the trip from Rogers to get the part I needed!

Went up there to get a part for a dodge dakota and they never pulled the part. I didn't bring any tools with me my mistake, but they started pulling it but never took it off the vehicle then said they would be right back never showed up waited about an 1 or longer. Wasn't happy so left without any parts
