2hrs from Home. my Husband's Truck broke down. Jk Moving services called up a couple companies who gave us the runaround with a 2-3hr window of when they could arrive. but we called Drew with Stephens wrecker service. not only was he able to get to the truck in 45 minutes. he kept us updated of his progress. He didn't have to do that but it shows how professional he is and the pride he takes in his work... Drew provided world class service! Class Act! Cannot say enough good things about my our experience...If your in need of service I cannot recommend this company enough... To start off the Quality Service is 5 stars times 2!!! Literally. The wait was literally under 1hr. The attention to detail to make sure the rig was properly secured. Cleanliness, professional,and courtesy! Not only did they tow my rig and trailer. The driver dropped me off at the nearest hotel/motel. What more could you ask for ?!!?? This guy was super helpful. Our rv(home) broke down. He went right over and grabbed it off the side of the interstate. Which has NEVER happened(hours upon hours usually). Helpful doesn't ever begin to describe. We as a family suck under pressure (5 kids I panic). So to be somewhere with helpful people is just a blessing from the Lord. It took all the pressure off. Still gotta fix the rv but it's our home so to have her safe means the world.

About a month ago we broke down in a rest area and had to be towed back to a shop in Tifton. This was the 2nd time we have been towed. The first time was in another state and company and was the worst experience ever. So I was not looking forward to being towed again. But, this time, was great. Ricky showed up fast, was clean and polite, didn't smoke and made the experience, as far as being towed goes, much better. He was very careful with our truck and drove courteously. All these things I mentioned was not what we experienced with that other tow company. So thank you. I would HIGHLY recommend Stephens Wrecker Service to anyone.
