I paid an extra 20$ a month for them to come out here and get our trash. They didn't show up one week at all. And then they came and got out dumpster just because the drivers complain. I drive a car down my road!! A car!! They take it the day we were to pay our bill. I am furious and will always tell everyone not to use them. At least they could have called and told me they were getting it so I could arrange for other pick up. Ridiculous!
