Superior got my vehicle in quickly, identified the parts needed super fast and got my vehicle repaired super fast. When I went to pick it up it was cleaned and detailed immaculately. I recently had an 'oopsie' moment in my truck while helping my brother move into his new home. I was reversing and was so focused on the backup camera, that I missed my brother's low hanging deck which I clipped with the cab and broke the rear window and dented the roof.The repair was done outside of insurance, so price was definitely a big issue in my choice on where to get it repaired. I took the truck first to Superior for an estimate. Not only was Marissa able to get me scheduled for a same day estimate, she also asked the guys to tape off the broken rear window with crash wrap, effectively sealing the broken window and protected the cab from rain. She emailed me a detailed estimate over the same day.Because price was a concern, I took the truck over to Caliber collision across town for a second estimate. They couldn't even schedule an estimate until 7 days after I called, and it took them another 5 days after I took it there to get the estimate. I had to call and remind them twice to email it to me.The estimate they gave me was $585 more expensive then Superior, and the customer service there was nowhere near as responsive and memorable as my experience with Marissa and Superior Auto Body was. After they removed the wrap and took more pictures, they told me they were out of the crash wrap and couldn't rewrap it for me, leaving the cab of the truck exposed to the elements.The truck has been repaired perfectly and they even were kind enough to buff out an unrelated scratch on it at no charge.My repair at Superior Auto Body was a terrific experience from the start to finish. I highly recommend them.
