I would highly recommend these guys for tow. The driver was very accommodating and arrived quickly. He was very professional and nice. I hardly ever leave reviews but I was inspired to because of the great service.

750$ for one day of storage after my truck was towed from.casino gas station. After they told me it was ok for a couple hours to memtion. Crooked people with a deal with the tow company. Lady lied over phone about price. Said she was only one who worked there. Lie. And all of my tools were stolen from therir yard. Gas station cameras showed no one wemt near my truck before the tow. Will tell newspaper amd local mews aboit issues unless i get a written apology and or a refund on extreme price for small.ammount of work amd storageCrazy place still operates ripping people.off like thisService: Vehicle wrecking

The front office staff at this company is the most unprofessional people that I have dealt with in Many years. After reading other people’s experiences with this company I would never recommend anyone to use them.

When it comes to being decent people and understanding and compassion these guys rock! From towing to finding the used auto parts that you need I recommend these guys over all the rest.

Your mechanic will be way more impressed if you tow it yourself

I called the office three times to inquire if they have a part I need. All three times, the phone rang twice, someone pickup and hingup. They have forever lost my business. I spend hundreds of dollars a year buying parts from a auto salvage. I'll go the extra distance to a yard that respects my business.

We are so thankful to the T and T Towing driver who came to our rescue today when we were stranded on highway 20 and over 200 miles from home. He was friendly and courteous and he knew exactly what caused the issue with our vehicle and knew a quick and simple solution! We are so grateful that they sent an experienced and knowledgeable driver to our aid, especially on the holiday when we probably would not have found an open repair shop. Thank you so much!

Rudest women in the office! VERY unprofessional! Very, very, very dissatisfied!!!My daughter in laws car got broken into and her things were stolen. It was in their yard because they had to tow it after her accident. I saw the woman from the office on her phone outside. When she hung up I told her and she yelled at me!? She said that it must have been the insurance adjuster and went inside and slammed the door! I went in the office to request the number to the police department and she actually told me she couldn't give it to me because they were a wrecking yard and don't have to deal with law enforcement (ya right!?) so she didn't have it!? She's rude and in my opinion a flat out a liar! I went outside and called the sheriff who connected me to the police department.When the officer got there we began talking to him and she stormed out of the office waving papers and interrupted us talking to the police officer. I started to say something to her and she started yelling at me again that she was the one that called the police (you know with the number she could not provide me with!?) I called the, it's my opinion she obviously was trying to cover her butt because she didn't think I was going to call!!I think they are possibly the most unprofessional business I have ever had the displeasure of coming across!! Their yard is unsecured and they have no cameras to make sure your vehicle is safe!? Seems very odd that she would behave so aggressively when this problem occured when the car was under their care!!! I will pay 10x more for another tow company to come from far away than EVER use them again!!! I DO NOT recommend using them!!!! If I could give them a ZERO I would!!!

Called them to help me get into my car after I locked myself out and was told an hour wait. Had to change the address with Rachel who said she would inform the driver of the change, but she never did. So I sat around my car for well over an hour at this point, it’s dark, cold, 1% on my phone and after all this waiting, I called back to wonder what happened just to find out the driver went home for the day and if I wanted to get my keys out of my car, I needed to pay cash (which I didn’t have, just card) or call someone else. So thanks T&T towing for leavening my car sitting, so someone can steal my tires overnight. The front office should be ashamed at the lack of communication with their drivers.
