The guys there are very polite, very helpful with me! I think they’re great, No complaints from me!

The workers were so nice and very helpful. I was alone and they realized I needed help and they jumped right in.

Last several times of going hear, employees have been rude and hateful.

I just want to say thanks to all the employees at route 37 recycling center because i just jumped it truck Thursday didnt check truck or realize i didnt have phone on me truck started messing up reached for phone same time relized trucks out water and shes smoking made to the scales just off the scales where truck dead from the man at the to the guy running forktruck they helped me and was already helping me thru the process and i didnt realize it till i asked one for help and just as nice and can be yes soon as i get this done i will but until i can help someone came up how can i help you next thing i no i was walking into the office in a daze relizeing im stranded no phone the very nice lady let me use her phone ive got over 300numbers in my phone i could only recall one and it went to vioce mial got ride me and my truck made it home thanks to the employees of route 37 recycling

Is a locally owned business, a family operation. Not a nationwide chain. Easy access from IL 37, when you get out of your vehicle to unload scrap metal, you are mainly on concrete. Knowledgeable employees, and staff. You also don't get docked for "oversize" like at some other places in the area. Wether its an aluminum can, a Jon boat, old fence posts to sections of mobile home frame. They keep some vehicles in the back that you can buy parts off of, cheap. They do not pull the parts, or provide tools, but you can stop by and take a look any time They are open. They also sell things that have came in as junk by the pound, and they also sell new steel, angle, box, channel steel, tubing and sheet steel. They will also order steel for you if they don't have what you need in stock. They will also make one cut per piece of steel for you for no charge, if its too long to fit into your vehicle. The prices on the steel are very competetive with any other steel supplier in the area.
