Cheaper alternative to throwing away your trash. Google trash disposal and you get all these services but this is the best for those that don't mind a little garbage smell and hard work.

Beware. Driver has on 2 occasions rammed the dumpster and caused damage to the fence and power box. The representative told us it was not his problem since there were no curbs on the outer perimeter of the parking lot. We rent and cannot nor do we want to redesign the parking lot. We asked that they are “more careful” and they declined that option. So the neighbors are now holding us responsible for all of the damages.

The gentleman at the cashier was friendly. When told to go up to the stop sign. We didn't know to wait or not or just go over by another truck. So we sat and waited. The price can be high to dump items here. We only went here cause we had no choice. We pushed it off for awhile until we accumulated a truck bed load. It cost us about 70 dollars when we went. We did have some longer boards that extended over the truck bed.

Day 2 of no service. "Truck broke down" 2 days in a row and who pays for it? The customer, that's who. They don't bother to send another truck out. They just brush you off. There is no customer service, only lip service. Go elsewhere and demand better! Thankfully they are not the only providers in San Antonio.

I mean it's a dump for trash. The people are nice both at the scale and at the trash dump part and that makes the trip pleasant but other than the people it's stinks lol lol 😆.

I've never had any problems when going here. The gentlemen at the gates are always friendly and informative. These are great guys...have a cup-o-coffe on the house

The man at the front gate randomly went off on me about big banks for like 10 minutes. I politely had to cut him off then he got angry with me for not listen to him rant on. He charged my credit card twice and I had to go through the pain of disputing it.

What can u say it's a dump but for the money you pay they should take the trash out for you.

Have had the worse pick up experience with these guys. Matt Peterson is in charge of my account. I was promised pick up on Mondays. That didn’t happen. Then Thursday’s. That didn’t happen. Finally driver told me Friday would be best since he has other pick ups around area same day. I said fine. What every suits you best. I don’t care what day as long as I get one day of the week. So I had two weeks skipped and Matt promised to credit my account once service got straighten out. So 6 months later and no credit. I now have 2 weeks oweing credit and now another two weeks of skipped pick ups. No word from Matt. I’ve had patience and even asked for what is right on the bills. If you don’t pick up then you shouldn’t charge. Nope. No answer from ALL phone numbers. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Can’t even get anyone to answer. YES, All these other reviews are real. No calls get answers and no one picks up bins when scheduled. These guys are ridiculous
