The prices have skyrocketed since they changed to trailer measurements vs weight at the transfer station! Last time about a month ago it was $90 which was close to what we used to pay by the weight, this time for the same trailer loaded just as full, it was $190! What a rip off!! The only good thing about the change is you only have to make one trip through the place!

Never provided a bill and wouldn't pick up the dumpsters and I had to hire my own people (at my expense) to do their job. They also use robocalls instead of billing you so they get put into spam. Service: Construction debris removal

They were extremely helpful when I called to set up a 3yd for our property. Can't say I've had any issues! Trash gets picked up on time every week, and anytime we have any issues we can call and either Ana or Mercedes will resolve it by the time I get off the phone. Seems as though they've done a complete 180 in the past six months. Wonderful service!

I called a few weeks ago and talked with Mercedes because I was still getting charged for my trash that I cancelled for the winter months. She was extremely helpful and got the issue resolved in a timely manor. It is so nice to have someone actually answer the phone and not have to leave many messages without a call back.

Ever since they’ve gone under new management my service has been wonderful! Any time I’ve called Ana and Mercedes have been extremely helpful with any issues I’ve come across and even worked on price matching for me when looking into competitors. Wonderful.

I should have believed the reviews. I thought the name of the company was a play on words - but it is apparently the literal truth.My experience is they have about a 50% probability of picking up your trash on the scheduled day. Three pickups out of the last six weeks with trash at the curb by 7am on each day. And don't bother calling to report a missed pickup, their drivers will state that there was no trash when they drove by.No recourse for missed pickups - no accountability - I would give zero stars if possible.The ladies on the phone at the office are polite and reasonably friendly - but completely unhelpful. That is unfortunately the best I can say about this company.
