I have had two cars from Timebuyers and will not be going there a third time. My first car had issues upon issues and was not worth what I paid for it. My second car literally stalled in the middle of the street due to engine and transmission issues three weeks after getting the car. Not worth the stress and money.

My husband has got two cars from them, they were amazing when our insurance totalled the first car from a deer accident and worked with us to get into a different car right away. Greatly appreciate their support and dedication. Keep it up guys!

Don't EVER get a vehicle from them. The vehicle i got needed work the day i got it. I have been pouring money into it just to try and keep the vehicle somewhat useable. I have been threatened by employees. I have tried to voluntarily surrender my vehicle to them but they said they wont take it and if i leave it they will have it impounded. The vehicle doesn't even work any more im on disability or was im trying for ssi i major trauma issues. I have been trying to do what i can but i just get threats and fines. If your late by a minute on your payment they add on TWO MONTHS to your lease.

Now about to purchase third car from Timebuyer. May even drive my first one down when I close this deal and pick it up! No complaints, vehicles are good, terms are acceptable customer Service is excellent. If credit is currently a problem I highly recommend Time buyer, A divorce left me with less than favorable credit but they financed when no one else would. No longer in credit bind but they earned my loyality.

If i could give it zero i would they are awful... Had problems the second i drove off the lot and then when the ly would do a simple fix it would take a week or more just to run out the warranty which is only 30days. I have invested more into the car then it is actually worth(according to kelly blue book) i tried to surrender the vehicle and was called with a nasty rude phone call after they called and bothered all my references.. then was told i needed to wait and have it repoed and it wasnt his problem that i had some major life issues and could no longer afford to repair this car.. turn and run do not get anything from them!!

We went there a few months ago and looked at a car...when I asked to listen to the engine, the salesman stated we are not allowed too unless we got approved. After minutes of arguing with him about it, he gave me the keys, upon listening to the car and hooking up a code reader I found 2 misfires......he came back at me and said I put them there..the rockers were almost gone...car was over 150k miles and way above KBB around 2500...when I pointed that out, he asked me to leave. .
