I called them on a Sat. morning because I had a slow tire leak. They said come on in and we can take care of you. We drove down from Princeville, pulled in the driveway and the gentleman came to our car before I could even open the door. While he was repairing it, I asked if they can do an oil change, he said check with the front desk, I did and she said she can get us in and be done in an hour. They were done before that. They were AWESOME!!!! While we were waiting, we discovered a couple of great food places. WIN! WIN! Thank you Tire Warehouse Kauai. You will be my "go to" auto maintenance store. This is a terrible repair shop, he screwed my tire screw when I went to change the tire, he didn't compensate me and needed me to pay for new screws for $40, this repair shop Very bad service attitude is very messy

Extremely efficient, professional, and honest. We came in thinking we needed to replace two tires but when we asked if we could get away with just one (because we were on a tight budget) they came outside to check each tire’s tread and agreed only one needed to be replaced. Within 15 minutes the tire was off and replaced at a great price. I’ve never been to any tire place that efficient, honestly. Also the fact they did not try to rip us off by telling us to replace both was so nice. For sure coming back if we ever need anything offered from here!

Do not come here unless you want terrible customer service or to be spoken down to. Treated my mother horribly, to the point I was sticking up for her in the office. We were just there for a safety check, had all our paperwork and were right on time; left with our safety done but never going back.

Super long wait... even when calling head to let them know about a trailer tire blow out and a need to get back to trailer quickly, they said ok no problem...3 hours later I. Still sitting there with a shredded tire on the rim. Tire selection and quality quality we're all very good once you got on the wheel but the amount of time it took was absurd(especially with the call ahead)

Love this place. Basically the only place I'll go to get any work done with my tires. They are fast, efficient, and very friendly. They've worked on a few, different cars of mine over the years, and they always have reasonable prices for everything. I highly recommend coming here if you need work done!
