Great communication, even better service. We had contacted Tim and Michael the morning before we needed the service and they were able to get out to us the same afternoon. We originally only wanted a couple of big furniture items thrown out, but instead we ended up filling the truck, Michael was probably there for about 2 more hours than he originally should have been, but he had no issues with it and was very kind and accommodating. Not to mention their prices are great.

What a great experience! I messaged Tim through Yelp. He responded with a quote within minutes, which was lower than two others. He offered me an appointment that same day.His guys Michael and Orion were on time and professional. No rush. Michael encouraged me to take my time. My toddler didn’t seem to bother them at all.When everything was loaded, I noticed it was more than the half load I estimated with Tim so I called him. He said the price would normally be $50 more but stood by the quote. He didn’t pressure me at all, but I felt it was fair to pay the higher rate.I’m fortunate to have found such a honest and efficient service. I will definitely call again when the need arises. I've used Toss It twice now, and Tim was so helpful and professional. His pricing is extremely fair and he did a great job hauling away a bunch of junk and loads of lumber. He also helped move a fridge into my house from the garage because the original movers that I hired couldn't figure out how to do it. The NICEST, most reasonable and efficient Junk removal service in Orange County! You know what I loved more than anything? Besides them arriving, on time, communicating, SO well, being as kind and respectful as can be, not once did they ask for a review. Nope, the young man hauled out my huge pile of collected junk and fast. Somehow made what I thought would be a trailer full, actually a 1/4 trailer saving me a ton of money! That just meant I will use him again and again. Also means I will recommend him.Very few companies impress like this company did with me today.When I say I included both items to donate and junk all mixed together and he didn't complain one time, I mean it. Smiled the entire time. Local and def deserves 5 stars.

Excellent service from Tim and his crew at Toss It - Junk Removal. Tim was very professional and organized in providing information about his services. The truck showed up on schedule and within an hour everything was loaded and they were off. I would highly recommend Toss It and I will most definitely use their services in the future.
