Overpriced and lied to my daughter about hours of operation on a Saturday so that he could charge her for three extra days. He's a theif and a con. I was out of town and he took advantage of a young woman in dire straights. Avoid this 'business' at all costs.

As the manager of Heritage Park, I've had to have vehicles towed from the park due to lack of respect for the Lease Agreement so I've dealt with a couple of tow company's and stopped using them. This place told me I could get the stuff out of my car if I brought them the title to my vehicle. I came back with the title and they refused to let me get my car audio, my child’s seat, and my vacuum and laundry out of the car. I definitely would not reccomend this place. Nice to know they are making money off ripping people off.

They were very helpful to me when my pick-up truck broke down on interstate 26 West. Was there within 15 minutes. Helped me get my truck fixed and back on the road to Knoxville. Honest workmen, reasonably priced service. Thanks all of you guys for help.

The man is very rude. He is a rip off and a disgrace to towing companies. I would hate to know I made a living by ripping people off. Especially knowing he towed 7 cars from the same lot (due to one being full and the one he towed from had 3 cars) charging each (most elderly) $140 a pop. He made $980 today. It will all come back around.

This guy is rude as hell. If you break down call someone else. I would let my car sit on the side of the highway before i would use this company. I dont see how you stay in business by calling people names an or talking to people like trash.

I had my vehicle towed after an accident, and I had a hard time afterwards contacting the people. When I did contact the people, they were extremely rude and unwilling to help at all.
