Honestly, I wish I could give them zero stars. Their website says they are open until 4:30. I understand the need to get people in and out and close on time, as I run a retail business myself. However, when I arrived at 4:15, there were two men at the gate; one making the "cut off" sign across his neck and yelling "WE'RE CLOSED". I thought I misunderstood him, because I was clearly there in time and only 3 pieces that could have easily been done in less than 15 minutes. The one man that was not doing the yelling or signaling walked up to my truck. I said that the website says that they are opened until 4:30 and he said, "He closes when he wants to and I guess he wants to close now so you're out of luck". What type of customer service is that? Even if that is the case, to be spoken to in that manner is uncalled for and totally unprofessional. I only had a few items today, but I have A LOT of metal to get rid of along with numerous other people that were looking for a good salvage place. I went there with my few items to kind of "shop" them and see how everything went. The beginning was great. I did an inquiry online and was called by Monique the next day. She was very professional and kind and answered all of my questions. However, past that, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And, I certainly will not return with my few pieces, nor my truckloads. I deal with customers every single day; some are nice, some are not; many are in distress when they come to me. But I always treat everyone the same; with courtesy and respect. You just never know who you might be talking to or how much business they might be able to bring to your location. Monique and the front end of the business get 5 stars; back end ZERO. Shame.

The only scrap yard that I have ever went to that screwed me out of my money. I pulled up in a company vehicle and was told the check would be issued to the company. I stated that would be fine as long as my bosses name was on the check. The lady said that would not be an issue. After unloading 235.00 worth of scrap they hand a check over without my bosses name. I explained that we couldnt cash the check without my bosses name on the check and they refused to write the check again. That is theft. I will never return and recommend everyone stay clear of this sketchy business. If 235.00 is gonna put you out of business, then I would say choose another profession.

All loaded up, paid to have a extra employee only to arrive at 4:14pm and get turned away. Even after calling to make sure of the hours they were open after the hurricane Plus the website has posted hours of operation until 4:30pm If you have a reasonably close option I would use it other than doing business with this company. I looked around and found 419 Metal in Winter Springs so I took my aluminum there. Nice people. If I had an Employee (Kevin) that did this to one of my customers he wouldn't be working for me. Very inconsiderate!

This was my first time selling scrap metal Trademark. Everyone was very helpful and answered all of my newbie questions without hesitation. I've delt with a handful of scrap yards before and this is the first one the employees didnt look or sound annoyed when helping a customer. Also they were 10 to 20% higher per lb than every other recycler I called!Another reviewer said "I am very satisfied with the results and look forward to doing business with them again. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that would ask." ...and I 100% agree!

I came here with a bunch of scrap metal and there was a discrepancy with aluminum. Kevin was able to solve it and give me a fair price for everything I brought in. I am very satisfied with the results and look forward to doing business with them again. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that would ask.

This place gave me around double what Pull & Pay were offering for my van. In, out with cash in hand. No problems.

The guys here were helpful and nice. Unfortunately I came here for all the wrong reasons as it seems nobody in FL pays for glass or plastic bottles, and I only had a small bag of cans. Just a word of warning to those who arent aware: if you don't have scrap metal or a ton of cans, youre pretty much wasting your time.

OUTSTANDING! Watched this place grow from an old abandoned salvage yard, bought by TMR, now well run and maintained. Employees are super nice, well laid out, easy to navigate. I used to go to 419 and deland recycling, but felt ripped off, and i have to say, TMR has the best prices around, and give you the best service ive seen.
