The guys at Transmissions Unlimited were great. We had great communication through the whole process. They let me know everything that was going on. Anytime I had questions I called and they answered them for me over the phone. And they were $1,500 cheaper than the other local company with the same warranty. I've got less than 1000 miles on it so far and it's fantastic. They did a 500 mile check for me for free also. Good job guys👏

After being told by another shop that my transmission had to be replaced at $6000, my friend sent me here and said have them change the fluids. Within a couple of hours the fluid had been changed for a small portion of the other quote. I have not had a single issue in the last 2 months. What I really was impressed with the 2 follow up texts I recd. One the next day and then 2 months later another followup. Exceptional, timely, courteous service with outstanding quality. The guys here were very helpful in diagnosing and fixing the transmission in my pickup. Well the unfortunate thing happened, my transmission went out. 😫 I called lots of shops and read lots of reviews! Eric was nice, friendly and the easiest to talk too. He answered all my questions and he didn't rush me into making a decision. His shop had a lot of great reviews so I put my trust in his shop. My vehicle was done faster than I expected! We asked Eric and Gabe to diagnose our 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe for a chattering sound that we were experiencing. They diagnosed it as needing a flush and replacement of fluid. After the flush they said the work didn’t fix the issue. They then went on to say that this model cannot accept a used transmission because it is specific to the VIN so I have to pay to have it rebuilt. They quoted me $7133 for a rebuilt transmission. I paid for my diagnosis and flush ($495) chose to go elsewhere. Since getting the work done, I’ve now spoke with two other transmission mechanics both of which said they would never do a flush on a 6L80 transmission because it is known to cause more problems. They also said their flush price is no more than $250. So I was convinced to overpay for less than optimal work. My family is already experiencing hardships and attempting to take advantage of us is a poor display of character and business practices.Service: Transmission

Can’t thank the crew at Ultimate Transmission enough. Pulled in without an appointment after transmission started leaking fluid heavily from climbing Mt.Rainier. We are in a 24 foot class c motorhome and they were able to get us in the same day and repair the issue immediately to get us back on the road.
