This place tried to RIP me off on a cat. The guy got on the phone and was explaining my cats over the phone using descriptions as a softball and volleyball size. Didn’t look at numbers on the cat. I already knew the value of $1000 for these cats. Was offered $850 by one guy and I talked to a cat buyer in the area and he told me the value. I ended up going to my local scrap yard where I live and they gave me $895 for both of them. My advice if you are not a thief go around to multiple locations and stay the heck away from this rip off business. Do your research and pay attention to what they are doing and saying. I could prove I owned the car because I drove it there no reason for this. You bunch of rip offs. Good day

Had a good day made room in the garage and made a friend there they are friendly may be a little small but at least they are nice and close to home.

The people at this recycling company are nice to deal with and very fair on the way they determine the value of your metals. I've taken several item to them over the past five years or so and have always been satisfied with their service.

This place has a lot of bad reviews but my experience was just fine. I pulled up and asked what to do and was directed by a friendly guy behind the counter. They unloaded my stuff for me and handed me the cash. Simple as that.

Went there and practically got yelled at by everyone there for showing up a few minutes before close. Granted I know that’s aggravating, but come on.. Plus they rip you off any way they possibly can. I’ve gotten nearly double for the same amount of the exact same product elsewhere. Which is where I’ll be going from now on. This place is a joke, and yes, the lady running it is too.

I’ve never done business with this place but after my experience with them today, I never will.I was driving down Tracker (in front of their business) when their semi that they were backing into the yard from a street across Tracker all of a sudden decided to back out across Tracker causing me to slam on my brakes. When I called their office to complain I was informed I was driving too fast and I was the issue. I had my 5 month old in the car with me and shouldn’t have had to slam on the brakes if the driver had been paying attention. It’s obvious if I was slamming on the brakes that I was close enough the driver shouldn’t have proceeded to back out, when he hadn’t already started backing. If they treat people in person like they treated me on the phone I would never go to this business.

We took in 9, 13 gallon bags full of cans and got $1.80. Usually this doesn't happen and we are very upset. Hopefully they will make it right. It was a female working and totally disregaurded the weight. We figured it out when we got home. It almost makes recycling more of a hassle. Not only that, but there hours are not posted correctly. I would definetly call before you arrive and watch the scales! And now that I Iook at the reciept, it says nothing under aluminum cans and dirty copper.

Would give it zero stars if I could. They damaged my trailer unnecessarily. My load was self-contained in an open top steel tank. They ignored my request to unload it using a chain on the lifting hooks of the tank. Instead, the dumbasses tried unsuccessfully to pick it up with their excavator jaws. When trying to grab the tank they used excessive down pressure and damaged the trailer. They did not compensate me for their stupidity. I suggest anyplace but here.
