I'm sorry this place does not even deserve the one star I have lived my whole life in Jackson I have tried to purchase parts from this junkyard many times and every time I get there the price is always more than what Jim trolzs tells you on the phone. And this was the last straw for me I was quoted the same price three different times for over I would say 2 month time frame and when my boyfriend calls that same day gets the same price he goes in and they try to charge him double then what the owner Jim said over the phone to us for the 4th time on the day we called before we went to his business.! This is called bait advertising and is the same thing as false advertising together we can stop this from happening to us by businesses! Thank you for your time.

The guy yells into the phone and seems pretty dense over the phone too. After multiple calls asking for him to confirm he had the wheels for a Jetta and saying I want them, he said he wasn't sure I wanted them so he didnt pull them, so I had to wait another day (over the weekend). Come on.Also I can't help but feel a little cheated. I bought steel wheels for a Jetta here, they were $10 above market value each, but this was the only place I could find with a set of 4. I brought winter tires for him to mount (he had a good price for mounting so I don't mind as much that I was overpaying for the wheels). When I picked up the wheels with my tires mounted on them, he offered the hubcaps for them as well, but he would need to go get them.I said maybe. When I saw the wheels they were all rusted out and in terrible shape, I said yeah I'll take the hub caps as well. He said okay $10 each (then proceeded to act like that was a good deal). That's an extra $40! I would have ended up paying the same amount for brand new wheels from Discount Tire as I did here.
