Felicia you guys are amazing friendly super competent very friendly very nice folks I went there just to buy some parts for a Impala that I had just purchased I never been to junkyard before they were so helpful helping me find out the parts I needed they were amazing I recommend this place to everybody they are very knowledgeable especially Felicia was so impressed very professional 100% customer service she and all the guys God bless you folks

I mean really? This establishment is just an cesspool of unprofessional employees and crooked upper management. I will never again be taken advantage of from this location. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Save your time and avoid UAR at all cost. It’s not worth the stress you will most definitely endure if you decide to shop for parts here.

They told us on the phone that they had the part we needed for our vehicle told us to be there before 5 took us over an hr drive to get there for them to tell us the part we was told to come get was still in the vehicle, to come back Tuesday and that was on a thursday, why tell us to come get the part of it wasn't ready!

Buyer be aware. Don’t pay cash. Sold an engine that knocks and does NOT want to refund money.
