I was nervous to take my Cadillac to a dealership for service but my mom had told me that she recently had great service at Uptown so I tried it. I will definitely continue using Uptown for our vehicle needs. They got us in right away and Ken was so great to work with. Highly recommend!

It was easy to get an appointment and the work was done fairly quickly. When entering the service area there was someone there to receive my vehicle, but they could have been more inviting/proactive about greeting me. Check out was easy and quick when the work was done.

When I was met at the dealership, everyone was friendly and helpful. I was waited on right away. The service was quick and I was treated like family and the job was done right the first time. I have been coming to Uptown Motors for years and will continue using their services. I would recommend Uptown for all anyone's auto/truck needs.

Called and made an appointment to look at a Malibu for my niece. Test drove the vehicle, liked it, and decided to purchase it. They were barely willing to budge on the price, and due to time constraints, we were willing to pay the $200 less than asking price. First problem, finance couldn’t help us that evening, even though it was 2.5 hours before closing. Okay, I get it, maybe like everyone they’re short staffed, and we’ll have to come back. The thing that really bothered me, just two months after purchasing the vehicle, she calls to tell me her brakes are making a grinding noise. I asked, have they been making a squealing noise, and now they’re grinding? She tells me no, they just started grinding. Because she’s short on money, and just had a baby, I offer to help her replace her brakes. When I took them apart, I noticed someone had bent BOTH wear indicators (squealers) outward to buy some time before the car had an issue after purchase. Talk about shady. Here this girl doesn’t have much money, trusted you guys, and you go and deliberately cover up an issue like that. Even if you claimed to not be responsible, it should’ve been caught during a safety inspection. If you covered this up, what else is hidden? Lost any future business over a front brake job. Sad

Our salesman Jimmy Neu was fantastic. Took the time to show us multiple trucks with different features. That really helped me choose th me right vehicle to fit my needs. Delivery of vehicle was quick and easy!

they were to do a safty check and they charged me 16.00 dollars for it i went in with bad wipper rubber riped off went out with same wipper and no say so of it had to ask for sticker for window when to get next service done where is goood help now days i would fire all of them for not working up to style.

Went to Ken with a difficult problem on a 2014 Suburban which was difficult to diagnose. The team at Uptown was very professional and resolved the issue. We have been dealing with Uptown for many years and will continue to have vehicles serviced at Uptown. Thank you.

Communication was horrible. Nothing was done in a timely fashion. I could never get ahold of a service tech and they would rarely get back to me when I left voicemails. When I finally did get my truck back I had scratches in my hood and bumper and it was filthy

Horrible service department. They were supposed contact the Chevy to fix an issue on my truck. After not hearing back from uptown for six weeks I call to find out they need to get photos and they never contacted Chevy. It took me calling after six weeks to find out they didn’t do anything. What a joke.
