The service was outstanding. We were told the wait time would be at least 1 1/2 hrs. The driver Benjamin was there in less than 1 hr. Roadside Assistance through our insurance company did not notify him that my husband and I were to ride along. He made every effort to accommodate us. Got my truck stuck in my yard trying to move my boat so I called the guy's at value u auto. They sent Pat up to pull me out. Great service, affordable, great guys, and quick to respond. They are the best!

Dave B is a kind and patience man. He really stuck it out there with me to ensure I made it to a functional charging station. The call should have been quick in & out tow and instead it took over an hour trying to find a location. Used the company as part of a roadside assistance call. Tow truck driver and his son were very nice and showed up in the estimated time frame despite being very busy. Had dave come out and saved me. havent used my truck all pass couple days .called earlier Andrew came and couldn't help me and said he would had to youtube the job and that he couldn't tow my vehicle if wanted towed i would have to wait for another tow and he took almost 2hr to get to me with a truck full of people.
