Got a picked on motor from this place for a 2012 Ford Focus also had a terrible interaction with the front desk lady who was very disrespectful made it seem as If I was inconveniencing her/ them “van born auto wrecking” by purchasing a jank motor that they gave me WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Service: Part finding & extracting

This place is a hidden RIP off they sale scrap cars at this site.. they have a facebook market page selling cars saying nothing is wrong good cars well we bought a car a week ago the fuel pump went out ON MY WAY HOME .JUST ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER PURCHASING IT. It right now sits at Taylor ford as we speak price is 1600 bux what a rip .the guy reels u in like he is a private owner then makes u follow him to this junk yard .inside is there sceem of sell the junk car .its a ford Flex 2012 6500 doller now I have paid almost 8,000 if I wanted to pay this much I would have bought one from Taylor ford where my now 2012 ford flex sits for a major repair they are horrible. The guy won't even respond as I call him I would put the names on here but we will see how this plays out 1st

Makayla is the best. She displayed excellent customer service was very knowledgeable of the part I needed. The guys took the part off in a timely fashion and they are very very affordable. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I bought a used tire from here 11 days ago and had a flat today 2 auto places said the tire was dry rotted and should never have been sold. SMH!! Owner said "its as is, you should have looked at it better"

Very poor customer service. Walk in the front door and all the old owners are sitting around talking and smoking in the lobby. I walk in and one man goes "damn. Can't get any quiet around here." And walks out the front door. I ask for a part for my vehicle from one of the parts. Employees and he says "no. I won't do that. Its not worth it to me." Very poor customer service. Failure of a company.

I called to get an offer on my car. First they gave me a number around $200 I was fine with that I had to tow it myself. Once I got there they said they would give me $100. When originally they said 200. Just liars.

Great place for auto parts

I called asking for a door for my truck, and even though they didn't have it they spent most of the day tracking one down and bringing it to their shop. Also Heather with customer service kept me updated throughout the day.

Easy to deal with , great service , I’ll have my parts in 24 hrs .
