Billy arrived promptly at our home in Venice to tow our car that was in a recent accident. He was very professional, kind, efficient and responsible. He drove us in his truck to the collision shop so we could consult on our repair and get a rental car. Well I think that they charge to much. My brother was in a accident on his scooter and they took the scooter. He was in the hospital and had to go pick it up when he got out of the hospital. Things missing and it was out of gas. He had just put gas in it. So after paying to get at a high price and then finding out that things are missing and had to spend money to replace the items it seems that the scooter was not towed but drove so with the gas gone and more miles on it. Very unprofessional.

My father's truck was totaled and towed to their yard. When we went to gather his personal belongings they were very kind and helpful.

Shaun was very professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable and on time. He took such good care of towing our classic car. He was very conscientious about transporting it. My car gear shift locked up and the vehicle would not start. I called Venice Wrecker Service, Inc. to come and pick it up and take it to the dealer for service. Artem arrived promptly and unlocked the gear shift and started the car very quickly. I was very impressed with his professional handling of my vehicle ant his explanation of the problem. He took great care to load my car on the flatbed and take it to the dealer.He was very careful to use some towels, which I provided, to insure no damage occurred to my car during the loading process. He delivered the vehicle to the dealer and left my towels on in the vehicle. Thank you Artem.

They were very polite and efficient at comeing to get my car and let me know it might be a little bit before they could come get it as they had just brought another vehicle in.

Although I have not personally used the service to have a vehicle towed, I will never use them after I was following one of their flatbed trucks tonight. I was behind them at the red light at 776 and Placida. Once the light turned green he proceeded to go from the left hand lane into the right through the intersection. "Pushed" another car, thankfully an alert driver, into a lane intended for turning into a business. The wrecker driver never noticed his error and just continued to travel in the right lane. I will admit that intersection should be marked better or something, but the driver never even realized he almost took out another car. Not a very professional driver in my opinion.

This wreaker service has always gone above and beyond... No matter what time day or night they have been there to save my day. Lately more than just once or twice. Great people. Driver's have always been kind respectful to me in my time of need. Thanks guys!!!!!
