Dunno whats going on but I took my car in with it having a small leak over a week or so of the coolant. Charged me 350 said the water pump seal was broken. I left there went home and the leak was massive! Called them went back they said it was a faulty one so they said they would put another on. I leave and go home it still leaks. I look at the water pump and it looks like they only replaced a part of the pump and nit the whole thing. I called yet again and they said bring it back. I wont be doing that. Wasted 350 just to have the problem still.

All the guys at J & R are GREAT! Jerrod is the owner and will do his best to work with you. They always get me right in and taken care of quick and if I'm having a minor issue they tell me when a better time would be! Great shop!

Its nice to find a trust worthy auto shop that WON'T take advantage of you when it comes to your vehicle. You are treated like family from the moment you walk in the door. Keeps you informed about everything going on and doesn't over charge you. I've had J&R repair wheel hub to welding exhaust pipe. Absolutely recommend them for all auto and performance repairs.

They charge 340 for a battery. I took it there for a alternator. That wasn't the problem so instead of calling and saying that they charge 340 for a 140 battery that took 5 minutes to do

The costumer service was great here, the people were really friendly. I was from out of town, and got treated very well with a very good price too. I would definetely recommend this place to people who dont know where to turn to like my past situation.

Worst place ever. Horrible customer service and the owner is extremely rude. Will never be back. Ended up picking my car up and going somewhere else.
