Catholic Charities uses VIP towing company to pick up cars people desire to donate. I love Catholic Charities, but this towing service is horrible! I was scheduled yesterday to have them pick up my car at 8:00 am; 10 minutes pass by, so I call the dispatcher to find out what is going on with the pick up and she said she will call the tower. 45 minutes pass by and no one calls or shows up . I call the dispatcher again. Then she says they will come in the afternoon. I respond by asking her if she can give me a specific time. She says she cannot , so I ask her if they will call me when the truck is near my house and she says "yes". It is now 2:40 pm and no one has contacted me. So, I call the dispatcher again to make sure they are still on my radar. When she answers again, she reassures me that the two truck will call and come. It is now 6:30 pm and I call again and now I am speaking to another dispatcher and I explain to her about my car still not being picked up and is there anyway I can still have a tow truck come by. She say, "no", but sympathetic to me and schedules a 7:00am appointment for tomorrow. She tells me that today there was only one two truck working and tomorrow there will be more.The next day, 7:09 am comes around and it happens again; no tow truck! I call at 7:20 am and I get the same dispatcher from yesterday and I find out she is the manager. I tell her to cancel my appointment and I call Catholic Charities . I ask Catholic Charities if they can send another tow company to work with ,they told me they will try. Then I explain to them that I know it is not their fault about the car pick up, but if they can't find another tow truck company to work with I need to retract my car donation and give it to another company because I can't work with they VIP towing anymore!

Very poor customer service. I was standing outside alone waiting to pay fee which I understand was my fault for vehicle being towed at our residential parking. Anyhow, no other customer there but I had to wait for 20 minutes before someone came to the window. Also, make sure to withdraw money from a legitimate ATM since the ATM they conviniently have charges $4 per transaction and a max of $200 so you will have to use it twice. Website says credit cards as well but that's false advertisement as well. Overall, they don't care about you but just want to make profit. I hope our HOA terminates contract with them after it expires and I will be attending the meeting because of this.

Point blank, If you are towed by VIP, CALL COPS IMMEDIATELY or nothing will get done & You will end up having to pay them in order to get your car out! They Towed my car out of my parking with my pass clearly visible. When I called they claimed that my pass was not visible. Upon going down there we saw that it was visible and that the receptionist was lying however they would not release my car no matter how we escalated the situation they wanted $300 Or they would not release my car! Since this situation happened they have towed my neighbors illegally and we caught them in the act, called the police and they dropped the car. If you have any altercations with this company whatsoever you need to call police immediately!!

My car was towed by VIP towing and when I called to get a price quote for picking up my vehicle they told me $242.50 over the phone, and when I showed up an hour later I was then told by the very rude receptionist that the price changed to $257.50. This business is a scam. Be careful because they overcharge you just because you're at the mercy of them having your car. Criminals with a business license!

If I could give -10 stars, I would.Twice have these guys been contacted by my insurance to tow my vehicle. Twice have they taken over 8 hours to show up to tow said vehicle, which by then the mechanic shop is already closed, and they HAVE to take it to their yard, as I live in a apartment building.So I’ve had to pay for storage fees, ($600) due to THEIR failure as people and as a company, because that’s how they make their money. Making people pay storage fees to get their car that THEY said verbatim “it will be no problem to take it in the morning because the tow is not complete.”On the other hand, the driver I’ve dealt with, is definitely awesome. The office and it’s money grab policies are the issue.I will be reporting these guys to BBB, and so should everyone else who have been scammed by these guys. TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE.

Worst company and terrible costumer service. Waited close to 3 hours and never showed up to tell me after waiting that they cannot come. Called a few times and each time they specified 30 more minutes without even asking what vehicle I had. If Usaa or any company suggests VIP towing, switch to a different towing. You will wait for hours without notice and then get a rejection in assistance.

My vehicle was towed with over an hour left on the parking app, Front desk said it was going to coast $212.50 to get my vehicle out for their wrongful Towing. I proved based on pics and time stamps of their error, but the person working the desk doesn't have the authority to release your vehicle. They then tell you to call Elite Parking for disputes, whom does not respond. When asked to speak with someone beyond the person answering the phone at VIP parking, they stated there is no one else, and they were the president and CEO of the company, and hung up the phone. From a quick search, it looks like Toan H. Nguyen is the CEO, NOT a Brenda. 100% a Better Business Bureau claim will be going against this company.

Unhelpful, add extra miles to every tow (24miles rather than 10), demand extra money in person than what they said on the phone, non-negotiable on anything. Mosquitos are everywhere, biting you 10+ times while waiting for them to open the window to talk. $300 to tow a vehicle, unbelievable robbery

Really disappointed with VIP towing customer service. We have USAA insurance which has amazing customer service, but even they had extreme difficulty working with VIP towing. It took a week for VIP towing to get our Tesla to the body shop. Interesting that they racked up lot storage fees for a week. I wouldn’t recommend VIP to anyone unless they are your only option.
