    My husband and I were here for several hours Saturday test driving multiple vehicles until we found the perfect one. Brandon was our sales guy and was so patient and helpful. First time that car shopping wasn't a drag, we had fun and left with all smiles and a new truck. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and really went out of there way to get us in the right vehicle for us. Thank you again to everyone who stayed late to make it happen and thank you again Brandon for all your hard work! When it's time for another car we will definitely be back and looking for him to help us again.

    I was there Monday and bought a 2012 Jeep. I worked with Tiffany Stamps she was AWESOME. A PLEASURE to work with. The sale went very smoothly due the professionalism of Tiffany and the finance department. She definitely had her stuff together. Everyone was very nice and courteous while I was there. I would definitely come back to buy another vehicle and recommend Wallace Jeep and Tiffany Stamps to friend and neighbors. Thank again.

    If your buying a car the service is awesome. but if you have an emergency and need your car serviced they are the worst. They don’t even attempt to accommodate you. One thing I can say about other dodge dealerships in Miami compared to Wallace dealership is that when it comes to oil changes they will always do their best to fit you in, you might wait hours but it will get done that day. I’ve never in 10 years dealing with dodge had to wait weeks for an oil change if your going to sell service packages i should at least be able to go to other dealerships that acknowledge that we are also busy and is willing to accommodate their customers.

    Josh Muir was wonderful to work with. He walked us through the ordering process for our brand new Jeep Gladiator and kept us informed on its progress. This was truly an excellent car buying experience. We drove over 2 hours to purchase our previous vehicle. I’m so happy that we received excellent customer service right here in Martin County.

    Sales people are great and easy to deal with. However the used cars they sell are JUNK that they cover up the best they can. They claim their used vehicles have passed inspection... that is a joke. Flew down to purchase a vehicle... very first problem when showing up to look at it was top was not working properly even though I specifically asked to make sure it was working fine before making the purchase and trip. While driving home: A/C Compressor quit (large leak that would have been present for months so they topped it off instead of fixing just to sell it) Speedometer got stuck at 70mph regardless of how fast I was going. Stereo decided to turn on or off whenever it wanted. Then when we stopped for the night noticed it was leaving oil stains the size of a dinner plate overnight. The seals for the oil cooler and filter housing were hard and brittle so this vehicle had been leaving large oil stains for quite some time and would have been obvious sitting at their dealer for a month... yet this vehicle "passed inspection" a handful of other issues have arose in the 2 weeks I have owned it but the ones I mentioned are the only ones Wallace would have known about beyond a reasonable doubt. I would not trust any used vehicle they have sitting on their lot based on my experience. Really a shame since the Chrysler dealers up here by Chrysler Headquarters are pretty decent places.

    I wanted to trade in my 2015 Dodge Charger… So went to Wallace Chrysler Jeep and Dodge today… I was introduced to Brandon… He set my mind at ease right from the beginning… He was so professional, friendly, and always had a smile his face… He got me into a 2020 Dodge Charger with 12,000 miles on it…I am so thrilled with my purchase… Brandon made the whole experience the best I ever had while buying a car…So I give Wallace and Brandon 10 out 10…God bless you…John

    Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fast process from deciding on the car and processing the loan. 3 hours total from arriving on sight and driving out with a car. Josh Muir really knew the product and was very helpful in explaining how everything worked, taking extra time a two other occasions to show us again how things worked. Highly recommend.

    I was a returning customer after I had a horrible experience at a different dealership last year. I hate haggling and have no interest in the wheel-and-deal. I want to be able to get a product with real value and be treated like I I have a value to the company I am dealing with.I saw a car I liked on the website, clicked on it, and immediately got a message from the dealership asking me to go in and try it out. I went there not wanting to buy a car I knew I needed, and not wanting to spend my day off dealing with trying not to buy a car.The sales team was great. I was greeted right when I arrived. The sales associate, Tiffany, found my car immediately and took me on a test drive. She was very knowledgeable and professional. What impressed me the most was her honest answers to all my questions. When she didn't know an answer, she said so, and at no point did I feel pressured into buying the car. She let me consider other vehicle options and models, and walked me through the whole process. There was no wheeling and dealing. I told her what my finances looked like and what I would consider. She didn't waste our time on anything outside of those parameters. I felt like she listened to and valued my input, which made me comfortable enough to purchase a car that day.The financing was a breeze. Again, here Tiffany and the team exceeded my expectations.When it came down to all the options and extended warranty information, the finance associate, Damico, broke down the warranty into terms I could understand. I was very suspicious of the warranty, since I've had bad experiences in the past, and I didn't trust a company selling me something I would hopefully never need. To this, Damico told me to go talk to the guys in the service department, find out if they have warranties on their cars and who they use and deal with everyday. I got a warranty and was able to tailor it to my needs.From sales to finance, these guys made the transition from the comfort of my 172,000+ mile family jeep into a new car (for my family). Not an easy feat. So great job Wallace.

    Have been doing business with Wallace for years , but they have gone down hill . They have a email service where you can request a service through e mail , that a great concept if someone actually looked at the emails that came in . I did it twice and no response. If your not going to answer the email get rid of that service . Then I call in to request a oil change and it’s a 3 week wait . Three weeks finally go bye and it goes in for its service . The oil change goes well but when my wife went to pay they tell her I need windshield wipers , really After the car is done and parked . Great move . Will go to another dealer that actually cares about its customers. Last time I’m coming here.
