They hung up on me for calling to check to see if they had the part ready. After i waited all day called 15 mins before closing. And before he hung up he said “there he go calling again”. Very unprofessional.

Now here is a business that exceeds expectations. You'll find real professionals at Wallace Parts & Salvage. (And a rattlesnake head in a pickle jar if you look out for it.) Sandra took the time to text me photos of the parts I wanted and communicated with me throughout the process. (I had to drive up from Wilmington.) She's terrific. Truly. And the gentleman who pulled the parts is meticulous and careful. He removed a 35-year-old dash for me without doing any damage. And he saved all the bolts, screws, washers, etc. He also took the time to label the left and right parts. He did the same with a fender and an interior door panel. I'm blown away. My old Mercedes thanks you. And so do I. Sincerely.
