Going on 4 month vacation. Couldn't put service in hold. Wouldn't credit $75 balance. They are picking up trash can.And they were rude about it.Would NOT recommendRecieved a call from the owner. She was extremely apologetic. Our money is being refunded. She went out of her way to make things right. Will be calling to restart service when we return

Our trash canister has been broken for a week and a half. The lady I talked with last week was rude and basically accused me of breaking our trash canister. Today I called because our canister is still broken and unusable. The man on the phone was also rude and told me that it hadn't even been a week since I called. Turned out the lady I talked with on Tuesday didn't even bother to put the order in to have our canister fixed until Friday. I'm notsure how she expected it to be fixed by "Friday of last week or Monday of this week at the latest" if she didn't put the order in when she said she did. I'm thinking it may be time to cancel my service unless the manager can get the people who work for them to stop being so rude.Service: Junk removal

Very pleased! Super easy to set up and they are the environmentally friendly choice and a great value. They gave us 2 cans and pick up once a week. This local company does a great job and their drivers are courteous too. The other company goes rumbling up our road twice a week and turns around on our property which tears it up and annoys me to no end. Thank goodness there is an alternative. I usually only post good reviews, but I am out of patience. About a month ago I got a notice that my payment was late. I got the information from the bank and emailed it to the company showing my check and the back that showed they endorsed it. I called Waste Disposal LLC and made sure they got the email and was told they were taking care of it. I got my next bill with no late charge so I assumed it was okay. Monday before Thanksgiving my can vanished so I called to make sure they had not removed it for non payment. He ask me me if I was sure no one moved it from the road back up to my house. I assured them it was nowhere to be found and he said someone probably stole it. I said it was broken so I didn't think so. I was told they would call me back and let me know. After waiting 7 days for a call back I called only to be told they didn't take my can and I needed to pay $50 for a new one. I paid over the phone and was told it would be a week. This is the 8th day and still no can. I called again only to be told they don't know what happened but they would get me a can as soon as possible. Try to get it to me today, but they don't have control over the schedule.

Very rude on phone had service for awhile now never had problems they didn't pick up our trash so we called next day called a few more times to let them know we needed new cans because both split due to them they said can't come down our rds due to rain ect hmmm we were up and down the rds all day no prob with our little truck so I called again as they could not give us new cans for a week I asked of we should bring the garbage to them every day on our way to work he didn't want us to do that I said well what do we do with our thrash cuz if we leave it out side animals will tear it up he had no concern was even rude 10 min latter he called back and said because we called to much and because I yelled at him they will no longer pick up are trash I asked to speak to management he said he was the manager lol what a bunch of loosers rude manager so now we are stuck with no service and we prepaid allwas and auto payment s this isn't the first time they forgot us.Service: House & garage cleanouts

Have been with this company many years. No real issues with them at present time.
