Company has been great to use. Service is consistent, only issue I had was at the beginning not getting my can by the time they thought it would be delivered. They said they would take care of it and they did. Service: Junk removal

Not responsive. Does not pick up yard waste on the specific days. Need to schedule special pick ups repeatedly for them to do their job. Pick another service for garbage pick up if you can. Service: Yard debris removal

Was a customer for over 20 years and it got to the point I could no longer afford there service (after multiple attempts to try and reduce my bill). Cancelled service and went with a different company, called and tried to settle my final bill several times and would get different information everytime I called. Either I did not have a balance or they owed me money, this went on for 6 months! Yesterday I get a letter from a collection agency! Original bill $52.50 now $115.52, when asked why it was so much I was told because of all of the late fees (that I had been calling about the whole time and was told I did not owe!) NEVER AGAIN!

What a terrible experience. Told me what my bill would be every three months. I made sure to clarify it was for every three months, not just prorated when I started service. Flat out lied to me and the actual bill was double of what I was told it was going to be. They should also explain when you start service that the rental garbage can has a 75.00 fee to pick it up when you stop service. Pdc area is HALF as much as what they charge in my area. What a terrible company! This is directed to the corporation and not necessarily to this local branch.

This is the worst company that I ever dealt with!!! They left a trail of trash after they taking the dumpster. They don't close our dumpster enclosure door. They charge a steep overage fee even the dumpster is half empty and a tenant threw a bag of trash at the top of the dumpster. The worst thing is they keep increasing fee. The rate was $80.41 when we signed contract in 2016. They trapped me signed a 3 year contract for one of my apartments. This year they increased my rate to over $138. That's really crazy!!! I'm felling really frustrated and trapped. I have to wait and suffer another year for the contract to be expired. Please learn a lesson from me. I moved my service for all my other apartments to PDC. They didn't increase the rate. Their service is much better.

Worst company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Very unorganized and who ever runs this company should be fired for having such a terrible business. I ordered a dumpster, canceled it 5 days prior. They proceeded to bring the dumpster when I had hired another company. I Called them to come pick it up and they said they couldn't pick it up until the end of the day. I was on a tight schedule so I told them they can leave it if they do it for a lower price. They agreed. When I went to pay for it they wanted $200 more than they had agree upon. I told them I was only going to pay what we agreed upon. I had an emergency so I had to hang up. When I called back to pay for it 2 days later they gave me a different price which was $100 more than 2 days ago. I was furious.Terrible company. DO NOT USE!!

I should read the reviews before i called them, so far they ripped me off about $1250. please don't sign the contract. if they are good they would not need one. they will charge extra for every thing, then you end up paying more than $300 a month. and then when you want to cancel they charge you $900 to cancel. i may take them to court too. what a rip off.

While the services they provide are necessary and their employees are quite friendly, they still fail to help provide adequate information on how to dispose of specific things. I went there earlier today to try and dispose of excess waste that my neighbor produced while moving. When I arrived I walked around several times the main building and could not find a single individual to actually help me find where I could dispose of the waste. There were many trash cans around though they all look like displays, so I did not put my trash in there. I finally got fed up with waiting around to see where the office was as the main one was close , so I began putting my trash in a bin that was arms level for me. However a very friendly employee came up and told me that this was not the proper place to put that , and pointed me in the right direction. However, there a dump site was closed for the day and would not open until 9 a.m. the next morning. This information is not available on the website and it's extremely frustrating.

$50 reactivation fee? Really! Paid out over $150 in 2 months for residential garbage pick up! To top it off my garbage hasn't been picked up in two weeks! Going to another small garbage company! What a rip off!

The web says the transfer station is open until 5 but signage says 3:30. They would not accept trash at 4:15 PM.
