Been doing work with watts automotive for years. The quality of their trucks are second to none. I know because I take them apart and put them back together, have found zero issues on the inner workings of their vehicles. I cannot say that with all the other dealers I have worked with. I've never worked with Watts before. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I didn't have to wait for 40 minutes for them to appraise my car, it was less than 5. Also they didn't try and sell me a bunch of packages in financing, it was just "here's the price plus taxes".

Watts Automotive was so easy and accommodating to work with. After working with Ken Garff, Tim Dahle and several other dealers on finding a truck and haggling on price, I was accepting the fact that I wasn’t going to get what I wanted. I pulled into Watts to just look at what they had. Hunter was very friendly and accommodating. He let me drive several trucks to compare. Not only did I find the truck I wanted, it was already setup with everything I wanted for aftermarket tires and lift. Hunter gave me his best price right from the start. He also gave me a good value on my trade in. Financing was simple. He gave me several options on financing. It literally was the best car/truck buying experience I have ever had. I can’t speak highly enough of Hunter and Watt’s automotive.

My husband sent me to go pick a car and I went to Watts first. Hunter was friendly and treated me well. I then went to another dealership in Salt Lake and the salesman treated me like garbage and wanted to up charge the vehicle because we were paying cash- absolutely ridiculous. I texted Hunter that night and said I would be back the next day for the car. It was a painless transaction. No going to another room to crunch numbers. They were completely transparent with me. Fixed a chip in the windshield and sent me off with a full tank of gas. The car was coming out of the wash and detail bay as I pulled up. I am so impressed!! When we upgrade my husband’s truck in a couple years we will go back to Watts!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Hunter made it work. I had a really hard time getting approved but Hunter worked hard until he found someone to give me a loan! A good one as well! I will never buy from anyone else.

Stopped by on my way through town from Bellingham to Phoenix. Went 200 miles out of my way to check them out. Was hoping to upgrade my Chevy to something newer and beefier. Parked out front for about 20 minutes, and was hoping somebody would come out and greet me. Plenty saw me, none bothered to come over and assist. I've got mobility issues, so it's difficult to get around. After 20 minutes, I left.With a pocketful of cash and a yearning to get a newer truck, I thought this would be a great place to go. I found their website online last week, and looked through their inventory. All the modified rigs I could ever want. Sadly, I'll have to find something in Phoenix instead. Too bad, I was hoping to do business with them.

Hunter is awesome! Did the deal over the phone. He stayed late had the paper work read and maybe took 20 minutes. Longest part was getting my stuff transfered from my old truck to the new one. Highly recomend Watts.
