Great experience @ Westside Auto. I needed a part that broke off my car and they had it but it was at the bottom of a pile and positioned to close to another car that I couldn't access it. Mike was nice enough to come out of his office and move the car for me so that I could get into it and take the piece that I needed. Highly recommended! Very professional and personable!

Hello, my husband and I called this junker since we were ready to give our truck, this particular truck is still working someone can easily fix the battery, lights, and would definitely work.My husband and I decided it was time to say goodbye to this truck.We called this junker and he offered us $250 over the phone, a few days after we went actually to the place and he said HE WONT GIVE US $250 like we agreed over the phone.I find this total unprofessional, he made us to go there and then refuses to not give us the money we agreed on?.People do not waste your time, find a professional person who sticks to his word.Service: Vehicle recycling

I called in looking for a replacement passenger window for an older model car. Their system said it was in stock yet the gentleman on the phone said “ may I please call you back in 20 mins because this is an older part and I’d like to physically see it before you come”. They called me back and said they don’t have it but referred me to another location that did have it and I went and picked it up no problem. I really am happy with my experience at both locations. I've been there a few times and they usually carry older car parts (5-10yrs) from current year. The guy at the front desk isn't terrible he just seems frustrated that people walk in without knowing what part they want. But they are friendly and accurate with the parts.

They have great prices definitely would recommend it. We needed a headlight my husband had called another junk yard where they were charging $65 for a USED headlight and then he called here and it was basically half price. He headed there and the owner was very helpful he even let him get some screws NO EXTRA CHARGE . While waiting I heard a man saying he was coming from N.Y.C. to get some parts it was pretty busy.

I called to pick up my car and they got their in 30 minutes which I thaught it was fast .the guy that towe my car was real cool and patient cause I still had to take everything out my car. I will definitely use them again

In and out quickly after a call ahead to verify the part was in the yard. It was waiting for me when I arrived. Nice couple of guys at the front counter and yes the place is cash only.
