Looking for a drive shaft they did not have them they just took all their driveshaft to the scrap yard they didn't have a lot of vehicles they were helpful and didn't tell me where to go but after driving over an hour to get there I wish that they had what I needed

Be careful !!!I bought a used engine for $8300 from West Side Truck Parts LLC that was supposed to be a good working engine per West Side Truck Parts LLC guarantee. The engine was installed by a professional mechanic and turned out to be a not working engine. I contacted West Side Truck Parts LLC to ask for a refund. Per agreement I returned the engine back to West Side Truck Parts LLC at own cost, but never received a refund. I contacted West Side Truck Parts LLC many time over past few month, the owner David was always busy and never returned any calls or when he did promised to resolve this problem but than never called back. I hired an attorney who also attempted many called, but also could not resolve this problem. AT this time West Side Truck Parts LLC ignores all calls from me and my attorney , the person at front desk either hangs up, or puts me on  hold and never picks up the phone again. I will keep fighting for my money .

They said will deliver the items in 4 days But I found out with freight that my items will be arrive after 12 days really bad

Buyer Beware. Shady individuals at this business. I was bidding on a 2016 GMC Yukon that they sold through Copart auto auction and decided to call the owner (West Side Truck Parts) for more info on what was repaired. West Side Trucks bought this wrecked truck and try to flip it back in the auction by concealing all the damage and asserting they had replaced the differential.They claimed to have “replaced” the rear differential on the truck but in realty, they just cut off several control/sway arms, and removed shock to get it to sit straight but never replaced anything. They further stuffed cardboard in the cracked wheel to prevent it from leaving air. See phots attached below for all the evidence. Basically butchered the vehicle and attempted to hide it, so that they can bring in more money at the auction. Stay away from them. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Sad to see a business operate this way.

Be carefulI order here used engine and that engine was not working and then I bring the engine to returnEngine was 5500$ after when I returned to the shop they tell me they will gone charge me 10 percent I expect and shipping so your refund will be 4400$ I except they tell me your first refund will gone be 1500$ it takes a week but finally I receive there’s 2900$ more they didn’t send me any more it takes a while almost 2 months be careful guys to refund I will gone shoot right now and we will gone go to the court I’m just waiting for my attorney
