    I had such a good experience with Western Aluminum Recycling that I needed to leave a review. I dropped off my old car exhaust today for scrap. I was just going to let them dispose of it. The owner (or manager) stopped me and pointed out my CAT was worth some money. He looked it up and I walked out with $375. He could have just let me walk away and made some money but wanted to do right by me. A+ service!

    Been using this service for close to 10 years. First started while working in Boulder, now i live 25 miles away and go out of my way for the honesty, friendly people, knowledgeable owners, extremely fair pricing and a comfort that I'm sure you will experience as well.Edit 6/6/18Response to negative comments:Cant say i was there to witness "rude" behavior. However my experience in the construction industry is don't show up last minute ANYWHERE FOR ANY REASON.Again the owner is awesome and perhaps the negative reviews are a bit misleading.To gentleman who said they tried to rip you off. Please explain.... details. It's not my experience with them and curious how they tried to get one over on you. Do you have recycling plant experience? Do you watch the fair market value of recycled metals?

    Aragon Recycling in Ft. Collins offered me 1.90lb for bare bright so I called down to Western Aluminum and they offered me 2.50lb. I drove down to Western Aluminum and was greeted by friendly honest staff which made my day! I'm glad I made the trip. Thanks guys
