Loved this service, they even took me closer to my home so I wouldn't have to walk so far. Very courteous, was there much quicker than the estimated time of arrival. This is a great company.

I locked my keys in my Honda Pilot at the Walmart at I-71 in Mansfield. State Farm sent Westside Towing to help me. It was dark and cold but the gentleman that helped me was awesome. He could have been really irritated with me because I didn't know what direction the lock had to be moved and when he was able to unlock my car the alarm went off. I had been traveling so I had suitcases and things I had gotten in the Walmart and groceries I was taking home in Akron. He got into the backseat of the SUV and climbed over everything to get to my KEYS 🔑. He went beyond anything I could have asked of him. I'm so thankful that I had a truly caring gentleman...and I do mean Gentleman. He treated me with respect and understanding like he probably treats his Grandmother. I wish I could remember his name....unfortunately I don't. I want Westside Towing to know they have an amazing tow truck driver that cares about the people he's helping. I requested service from this company. They were at my location in less than 15 mins. I explain what was going on. The gentleman quickly went to work trying to jump start my car. After several attempts he started looking to see what else could be my problem. He checked my fuses. He tried jumping it off touching a different hot spot on my car. After 15/20 minutes of being under the hood of my car he noticed when removing the cables that my terminal post were loose. He tighten them up and my car started right up. Of all the companies I’ve dealt with Westside Towing was the only ones to take a little extra time out of their busy schedule to figure it out. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of a fantastic towing service. Car died on a trip and dealer in town said it would be a month before they could even look at it! Called Westside towing and Joe came, diagnosed the problem and called around and found Van's could take us. They got the specialty parts (Volvo) and we were good to go in 2 days. I thought that place was very rude to me and my daughter I called up there to get a price on the car to get it out and they wouldn't give me a price the guy that took my call just rushed me off the phone not that my daughter was stressed enough after rocking her car but dealing with rude people

The picked my 2020 jeep up at my house got mud all over my seat and my door panel they took it to dealership unloaded it then broke down in parking lot

I contacted them to.come and tow my car. The person who came out.literally was here for a hour and a half and acted as if he didn't know what he was doing I told him the best way to get the car from my alley and onto the town truck he didn't listen and proceeded to try and put my car in the truck and messed my bumper off the car up and scratched my custom rims...I called in about it and they chose not to rectify this situation.. The driver had to call someone else to help him meanwhile the bumper on my challenger is getting bent and now I'm.missing the reflection and a scratched rim
