Tried to do business with these folks - needed a glovebox for a 2002 Chevy Impala for an elderly customer - this glovebox uses a folding piece of plastic for a door hinge - guess what happens when you use it alot? the door "hinge" breaks at the fold. Tried to get another one and found these guys had one - explained to them what I needed and what to check for - Guess what? I got one that is broken just like my customers. OK - figured they just didnt understand - I call and I sent them them pics to explain the situation .... and what did they say>?? 1st - It was fine when they sent it.... But after the pics - It then it changed to - Its not the one they sent. But they cant/wont show me what they "DID" send me... So now I have an elderly customer out $35 which we will just absorb for her.. and we will let the CC company deal with it. Here is your 1 star. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!! UPDATE: I did receive a refund, so I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars, but the girl I was dealing with needs a lesson in Customer Service.

I drove from Connecticut to them this past Saturday to pick up my bumper that I had been looking for for a year and seven months. Derek allowed me to pick it up then when they were closed. Even though they are 4 hours away from me I will reccomend them to anybody. Their customer service was beyond my expectations because most junk yards eont let anybody pick anything up when they're closed.

I needed a V6 Engine for a 2008 Dodge Van and called White. Mountain Auto. They had a low mileage engine in stock and I could not beat the price anywhere in the County for such a low mileage engine.
